Highlights on LykiaLinks Championship Course
18 Hole, par 72

As with most links style golf courses, the prevailing wind off of the Mediterranean Sea will provide golfers with the challenge they want. The four holes along the Mediterranean Sea - Holes 13, 14, 15 and 16 - are dramatically placed in the dunes and will require skilled shots. Hole #17, with it's small green and a prevailing cross wind will test even the good golfer. The 18th hole finishes stadium style, with a huge waste area on the right, mounds on the left and a turtle back green that will require the golfer to approach the green with caution. This course will be a challenge for the accomplished golfer, requiring some Scottish style "punch and run" shots. Quilted fairways will remind the golfer of some of the famous golf courses in Scotland that host the British Open tournaments, as an assortment of pot bunkers guard the greens and require placement in the fairway.

All of the holes will have commanding views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountain peaks. The style Dye is bringing to Turkey can be seen in the American courses Harbour Town and Kiawah Island - Ocean Course. It offers the finest in Scottish links golf, while still enabling the higher handicap golfer to negotiate the course and have fun. While on some courses the hot Turkish sun may deter a golfer, cool Mediterranean breezes at LykiaLinksGolf Course will provide the golfers a pleasant oasis from the heat of the sun.

Greens :	Approximately 550 m2. The greens will be very visible from the fairways. Because of the Paspallum grass on the greens, they will be fast greens. Therefore the greens are undulating so the golfer can see the topography. The putting on the greens will be fair, but challenging.

Academy Course

The construction of Bodrum Golf Club started in 2006 on 12,5 acres area. No trees were cut to keep the natural beauty. Bermuda type grass seeds were selected for our golf course for its need of less water consumption and durability against sun beam.

Our club is more of an academic course and is aiming to broaden golfing in Turkey by giving golf instructions to everyone. All golf players agree that 80% of the golf game consists of “short game”. So our golf course is for the ones who needs training to improve themselves, and the beginners.

Our club has a 200 mt long driving range, practice putting area, pitching - chipping areas, bunkers and a 5-hole course. The first hole is PAR 4 and all the others are PAR 3.

At At the National, the 18 hole Championship Course is 6232 meters, par 72 and designed by Ryder Cup Player David Feherty, has played host to the PGA European Turkish Seniors Open in 1996 and 1997. David Feherty has incorporated aspects of the best courses he has competed on in the world, and has ensured that no two holes are similar. Carved through a forest of eucalyptus and pine trees with the back-drop of the snow capped Taurus mountains and an abundance of natural lakes, the National will test players of all abilities. The National thanks to David Jones, Senior Player, whom leading his consultancy since the beginning of the National to improve the conditions and design of the course. The National was opened in late 1994, but it has taken only six years to win international recognition in the year 2000 rankings of UK's Golf World magazine as the number 42 and in the year 2001 rankings' as the number 39 golf course in mainland Europe, and also in Germany's Die Welt magazine as the number 9 golf course on the European Mediterranean coasts in 2000.

SERVICES FOR GOLFERS Pro-shop, Academy House, individual and group lessons from experienced PGA professionals, golf equipment rental, locker room, bag room, cart bar all day along side the course, doctor or medical support, snack bars on the 10 th tee. The Meridian Restaurant and Bar offers international food selections with Turkish hospitality, in the Park Restaurant there is lunch and light snacks and examples from the traditional Turkish kitchen. Payment is by cash, check or credit card. Handicaps are maximum 28 for men and 36 for women. Soft spiked shoes and suitable golfing clothes required.

Gloria Golf Championship Golf Course was opened 1997 . The course is a par 72 and 6,296 meter. The grass is Bermuda and has a total of 63 Bunkers. Its a test of Golf for both low and high handicap players. Gloria is a tree lined , challenging golf course with 7 membrane lakes. We are proud to host the Beko European Seniors Golf Tournament in 1998 , 2000 , 2001 . Also the Mid Amateur European Championship was played in June of 2001
